Return Policy

At artdan-shop, we want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. You have the right to withdraw from this agreement within 14 days without providing any reason.

1. Returns Eligibility:

You may return a product within 14 days from the date of purchase.

To be eligible for a return, the item must be in its original condition and packaging.

Your item must have all the original accessories, manuals.

Customized or specially ordered items may not be eligible for return unless they are defective or damaged upon arrival.

1. Return & Cancellation Policy

   In the case of a purchase contract, the cancellation period is 14 days from the day you or a third party designated by you (other than the carrier) received the goods.

   • If you ordered one or more items in a single order and they were shipped together, the cancellation period starts from the day you receive the package.

   • If you ordered multiple items in a single order and they are delivered separately, the cancellation period begins when you or your designated third party (other than the carrier) receive the last item.

   You must notify us of your decision to withdraw from this contract through a clear statement (e.g., a letter or email).

   You may also complete and submit a cancellation form or another clear statement electronically on our website. If you choose this option, we will promptly send you confirmation (e.g., via email) acknowledging receipt of your cancellation request.

1. Inspection and Refund:

 If the return is approved, we will process a refund within 10 business days using the original payment method. Refunds will cover the cost of the product, excluding any shipping charges.

1. Exchanges:

If you received a defective or damaged product, please contact our customer support team to arrange for an exchange. We will replace the item at no extra cost to you.

1. Warranty Claims:

If your product is covered by a manufacturer's warranty, please refer to the warranty information included with your product. We will assist you in the warranty claim process if required.

1. Exceptions:

Products with physical damage caused by misuse or neglect are not eligible for return.

 

Consequences of Withdrawal

If you withdraw from this agreement, we will reimburse you for all payments we have received from you, including delivery costs (except for any additional costs incurred if you selected a type of delivery other than the least expensive standard delivery we offer). The refund will be made immediately and no later than fourteen days from the date we receive your cancellation notice.

For the refund, we will use the same payment method you used for the original transaction unless otherwise agreed. Under no circumstances will you be charged any fees for this reimbursement.

In the case of a purchase contract, we may withhold the refund until we have received the goods back or until you provide proof that you have returned the goods, whichever occurs first.

You must return or hand over the goods to us immediately, and in any case, no later than fourteen days from the day you informed us of your withdrawal from this contract. The deadline is met if you send the goods before the fourteen-day period expires. We will cover the cost of returning the goods.

You are only liable for any reduction in the value of the goods if this loss in value results from handling the goods in a manner not necessary to determine their nature, characteristics, and functionality.

If you have requested the commencement of services before the withdrawal period expires, you must pay us a proportional amount for the services provided up to the moment you notified us of your right to withdraw, relative to the total amount of services under the contract.
