Description
Android 10.25 inch multimedia head unit designed for BMW X5 E70 models from 2007 to 2013. This system is compatible with vehicles originally equipped with CCC, CIC, or without navigation. Installation is plug and play with no wire cutting required.
The head unit features a 10.25 inch IPS HD touchscreen display with a resolution of 1280×480. It runs on Android 11 or 12 depending on the version and is powered by an 8-core processor running at 1.8 to 2.0 GHz. It includes 4GB of RAM and 64GB of internal storage.
A built-in 4G LTE modem allows for mobile internet access with a SIM card. GPS navigation supports Google Maps, Waze, and other navigation apps with the option for offline maps. The system is compatible with Apple CarPlay and Android Auto in both wired and wireless modes depending on configuration.
Bluetooth 5.0 supports hands-free calling, contact sync, and high-quality music streaming. Built-in Wi-Fi enables internet browsing and app downloads. The user interface is multilingual and supports English, Ukrainian, Russian, German, and other languages.
The unit integrates with the original BMW iDrive system, retains steering wheel controls, and supports original audio systems including Logic7, Harman Kardon, and DSP. It displays information from parking sensors, climate control overlays, and door status.
Multimedia features include video and audio playback, YouTube, Netflix, USB and SD input, and DVR camera support. Depending on the version, the system may include a built-in DSP equalizer with 16 or 32 bands. Dual camera input allows support for front and rear view cameras.
The package includes the Android head unit, BMW-specific wiring harness, GPS antenna, USB cables, and installation accessories. No coding or modifications are required for installation. Designed to maintain OEM functionality while adding modern smart features.
